Our Journey
From Helping People During COVID to Building a Renewable Energy Company
Our journey began in 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, at a time when individuals, families and businesses were facing unprecedented challenges.
During this difficult period, our efforts were not limited to business. We also came together through Team Madad, a social initiative focused on helping people in need during the pandemic — supporting them with food, essential supplies and medical assistance.
This experience taught us an important lesson — business is not only about creating value for customers; it is also about creating value for society.
Alongside our social initiatives, we started our own entrepreneurial journey with a simple business model — providing reliable manpower and workforce support to MNCs and other corporate organizations. Working with corporate organizations gave us valuable experience in operations, workforce management, project coordination, client servicing and business execution.
As our experience and capabilities grew, our vision evolved. We gradually moved towards the engineering and renewable energy sector, recognizing the growing importance of clean and sustainable energy — which led to the development of Hiker Engineering as a renewable energy and engineering solutions company.
From supporting people during COVID through Team Madad, to starting a business with limited resources, and eventually moving into renewable energy — our journey has always been driven by a desire to solve problems, create value and contribute to society. Today, Hiker Engineering is working towards a larger vision: making clean energy more accessible, reliable and practical for homes, businesses, industries and communities.
We started with the intention to help. We grew with the courage to build. And today, we are building for a cleaner and more sustainable future.
